What is FAR UVC 222
technology?
FAR UV-C is a Patented Safety Filter technology that provides narrowband 222nm emission which is mercury free. FAR UV-C disinfection light can be used in occupied spaces and has been proven to not produce the eye or skin damaging effects associated with conventional germicidal UV exposure 254nm.
FAR UV-C safely inactivates common pathogens including SARS-CoV-2, MRSA, e-coli, salmonella,
influenza-A, c-diff, and it is very easy to use just a “set it or forget it”. There are multiple lighting options for ceiling, wall, and vertical surfaces. It Includes access to mobile app that allows for bulb intensity
and cycle run times to be customized for each installation.
The Ushio Care222® bulbs provide an average
11,000-hour bulb life and can operate on standard 110V power systems.

The Safezone 222 family of products consists of
4 different SKUs, each designed to fit unique customer applications.
Our Far UVC products are certified to the latest UL 8802 safety standards
and designed to be mounted in occupied spaces. All Safezone 222 products are
controlled using proprietary software on the Apple App Store.
Using our free-to-download application, you can control your device's weekly schedule
and gain valuable maintenance statistics such as lamp life and total use. Our flexible
solution allows customers to run the lights effectively and efficiently when needed.
Wall Mount
Application:
The Wall Mount works on any surface,
including above doorways and vertical walls.
You can even tilt the device to aim at a targeted
area and can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
Pendant
Application:
The Hanging Pendant can be mounted on
a 1-20 ft pole suspended from any ceiling.
Can-RC
Application:
Recessed Cans are great for drywall installations
or retrofit applications adding to your existing setup.
Can-NC
Application:
New Construction Cans are perfect for installations
in drop ceilings, troffers, and wood surfaces.
